I've made a felt R2D2 entirely stitched by hand. Decided to make his optic eye overlarge for a cutsey appearance. Also added a gray zipper across the dome to transform the soft sculpture into a useful pouch.
View of the flip side. It was difficult to find a picture of R2 from the rear. He always wants to know what's going on and his dome swivels 360.
